Redemption Instructions
Redeeming your Gift Certificate is easy.
1. Shop www.fanatics.com and select items you wish to purchase.
2. When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart."
3. Proceed through the checkout.
4. Enter your Gift Certificate number, click Apply, then enter your unique PIN on the payment page at the final step of Checkout in the field labeled Gift Card and Gift Certificate.
• Some Gift Certificates may not include a PIN and will not be required to entire a number at checkout.
5. Click “Apply” and you will see your Gift Card amount deducted from your merchandise total.
When making a purchase online, you may redeem as many Gift Certificates per order as you would like.
Rules for Online Gift Certificates
• Online Gift Certificates must be redeemed through www.fanatics.com
• You cannot purchase an Online Gift Certificate or In-Store Gift Certificate with another Online or In-Store Gift Certificate.
• You cannot use an Online Gift Certificate for an In-Store purchase or an In-Store Gift Certificate for an Online purchase.
• If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.
• If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored with your www.fanatics.com account for your next purchase.
Terms and Conditions
Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. We cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates. If you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Department. No sales tax is charged when buying Online Gift Certificates, however, purchases paid for with Online Gift Certificates will be charged applicable sales tax if shipped to addresses in respective states.
