Barcelona to Monaco by train

We're planning a romantic tour through northern Spain and the south of France. We'll fly into Barcelona and spend a few days drinking sangria, eating tapas, and going to museums. Then, we'll take the Eurorail across the French border to Provence, stopping in Montpellier, Marseille, and Avignon. Finally, we'll make our way to the French Riviera, where we'll stay in Nice and take day trips to Cannes and Monaco.
